Problems with Order
Notify us immediately if the products in your order have been damaged due to shipping. In this event, keep the damaged box your shipment came in; USPS or the FedEx driver may need to see it as proof when we submit a damage claim. It may also be a good idea to take a digital picture of the damaged box and contents.

If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, please contact us. Keep in mind that only FedEx shipments have guaranteed delivery dates. USPS shipments may take up to 2 weeks if shipped 1st Class Mail and up to 3 days if shipped Priority. USPS International shipments may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
Nani ke Ola will do its best to update and send you tracking information for your package.
I want you to be happy with your order from Nani ke Ola. Please let me know right away if you are unsatisfied with your product. In most cases as long as the product is unused, unopened, and undamaged returns are possible within 30 days. All items recieved by Nani ke Ola for returns must be in same condition as leaving.
We ship with the United States Postal Service and FedEx. When you select Standard Shipping by weight, we will ship your order with the least expensive carrier and method. You may also select Expedited shipping, both within the United States and Internationally. (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day). Shipping through USPS is first class or priority. FedEx will use ground shipping unless otherwise stated by the customer.
Free Shipping is offered for orders over $75 and will use USPS Flat Rate Med box for shipping.
Most Shipping will occur within 24 hours of ordering product depending on volume of orders being processed.
It is difficult to estimate the amount of shipping costs for various countries. If you would like to place an order, please email jenn@nanikeolascrapbooking with your items you would wish to purchase and they will be calculated on an individual basis.
